Our first consultation is free. We'll discuss your vision, concerns, or issues and define actionable goals and desired outcomes. My opinions are always free.

Going forward, we will use a low, standard retainer for the project, a clear and concise memo of understanding stating goals and outcomes, the general path to achievement, and a gratuity agreement based on actual increased top-line revenue or recurring reduced costs, usually 15-20%.  I'll even train your people to ensure quality progress when we're finished.
